摘要 The present invention relates to a method to prolong the freshness of a mulberry and a packing container to prolong the freshness of a mulberry. The method to prolong the freshness of a mulberry comprises a step of adding mulberries and dry ice to a container, wherein the weight of the dry ice is in a range of 0.15 to 3 g based on a one-liter container. Therefore, the present invention controls the decomposition of mulberries, reduces the amount of pressed mulberries, maintains hardness and the content of soluble solids, and has excellent functionality.
