The present invention relates to a device and a method for assembling an electromagnetic control valve (ECV) and to an electromagnetic control valve applied to a variable displacement compressor of a vehicle air conditioner which improves the performance of a vehicle air conditioner by optimizing a punching process in the process of assembling the electromagnetic control valve. The method for assembling an electromagnetic control valve, which is conducted by a device for assembling an electromagnetic control valve comprising: a punching jig having parts to be punched among parts of an electromagnetic control valve mounted thereon, an input part for receiving a user command, a storage part for storing the names and materials of the parts to be punched and data on plastic deformation caused by punching pressure for each part, and a control part for extracting punching pressure corresponding to the parts to be punched from the storage part and controlling the punching pressure of the punching jig, comprises a plastic deformation analyzing process for each part of punching selected parts while varying punching pressure for the plastic deformation data, measuring plastic deformation and storing plastic deformation for each part and each pressure. Therefore, the efficiency of a compressor of a vehicle air conditioner is improved and accordingly the total fuel efficiency of a vehicle is improved efficiently by minimizing the generation of a defect in a product in a punching process, increasing the performance of preventing the leakage of fluid and minimizing abrasion by friction. |
