PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolyte of which the ion conductivity shows the minimum deviation in a particular temperature range.SOLUTION: As to a crosslinked electrolyte, when multiplying, by a corresponding oxidation number, the quotient of the sum of the oxidation numbers of all of cations of B, Si, Ge, P, Sn, As, Sb, Se, Te, Ti, V, Nb, Ta, Mo, W, Be, Al, Ga, In, Zr, Hf, Cr, Mn, Fe, Tl, Pb and Bi, and the sum of oxidation numbers of cations of each of B, Si, Ge, P, Sn, As, Sb, Se, Te, Ti, V, Nb, Ta, Mo, W, Be, Al, Ga, In, Zr, Hf, Cr, Mn, Fe, Tl, Pb and Bi in accordance to a predetermined stoichiometric composition, a weighted average depending on relative frequencies of the respective kinds of cations becomes more than one(1); and the relative dielectric constant &egr; becomes higher than a value of 23.9817-31241.5/I+0.0000194269×I, where Irepresents a normalized ion intensity of the electrolyte. |
