PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid feeding method and liquid feeding device capable of avoiding the increase of the time required to feed a liquid by pressure, and capable of collecting the residual liquid in a piping.SOLUTION: A liquid feeding device includes: a preparation tank 2 for preparing a liquid medicine; a storage tank 3 to which the liquid medicine is fed from the preparation tank 2; a first piping 10 including a rising piping 12 extending in the vertical direction, an upstream piping 11 and a downstream piping 13; a second piping 20 that connects the upstream piping 11 and the downstream piping 13 and whose bore diameter is smaller than that of the first piping 10; a first valve 31 provided in the rising piping 11; and a second valve 32 provided in the upstream piping 11. When the liquid medicine stored in the preparation tank 2 reaches the predetermined amount, the first valve 31 is closed so as to cause the residual liquid in the rising piping 12 to stay in the upstream piping 11, and the inside of the preparation tank 2 is pressurized while the first valve 31 and the second valve 32 are closed so that the residual liquid is fed to the storage tank 3 through the second piping 20 and the downstream piping 13. |
