<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ferrite material which has an excellent DC superimposing characteristic, high specific resistance, and good temperature characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: The ferrite material is constituted by adding bismuth oxide of 0.05-0.38 wt.% in terms of Bi<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>, and a titanium oxide of 0.2-3.0 wt.% in terms of TiO<SB>2</SB>to a given main component composition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
