<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ferritic film combining a high saturation magnetization of ≥350 emu/cc and a resistivity of ≥10<SP>4</SP>Ω cm, to provide a method for producing the same, and to provide a noise suppression body produced using them. <P>SOLUTION: As a reaction solution at the time of ferrite plating, an aqueous solution comprising Mn ions is used, so as to reduce an Fe compositional ratio in the film to be produced. In this way, the resistivity of the film can be improved with hardly reducing its saturation magnetization, and, in the case the ferritic film is directly formed on a noise source, the change in the impedance of a circuit can be reduced, thus its use as an electromagnetic noise suppression body is made easy. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
