A direct current driving voltage regulation device and method, a power supply device, and a display panel. A direct current driving voltage is transmitted to an effective display area by a direct current voltage generating unit 10 through a lead that is disposed outside the effective display area of the display panel. The direct current driving voltage regulation device comprises a current acquiring unit for acquiring the current on the lead in real time, and a voltage regulating unit for regulating a direct current voltage generated by the direct current voltage generating unit 10 or regulating the resistance of the lead according to the current in order to keep the direct current driving voltage unchanged. The effective display area is provided with a unified direct current driving voltage, and thus the display uniformity of the display panel is ensured. |
