Disclosed is a door panel drive box for an air conditioner, comprising a drive box (300) and a moving component rack (200), wherein the moving component rack (200) is arranged in the drive box (300) and can move relative to the drive box (300) under the driving of a gear; a stopper assembly (100) is further comprised; the stopper assembly (100) comprises a shaft (1) and a bearing (2), the bearing (2) being arranged on the shaft (1); a stop groove (210) is provided on the moving component rack (200); the shaft (1) passes through the stop groove (210), and two ends of the shaft (1) are fixedly connected to an upper surface and a bottom surface of the drive box (300) respectively; and the bearing (2) forms a close fit with a side wall of the stop groove (210), and the bearing (2) can roll relative to the side wall of the stop groove (210). The door panel drive box can effectively prevent the outward pulling and longitudinal movement of the moving component rack (200) in the drive box (300) under the action of gravity of a large door panel of a cylindrical air conditioner. The door panel drive box ensures that the design gap of the drive box (300) can be maintained even in the state of deformation of an internal part of the drive box (300), thereby ensuring the normal operation of the internal moving component of the drive box (300), so as to prevent component damage. Further disclosed is an air conditioner comprising the door panel drive box.
