A method, device and system for upgrading data collection agent are provided, wherein the upgrading method includes that: a network manager configures an upgrading packet; and the network manager upgrades the data collection agent according to the configured upgrading packet. By the present invention, the network manager configures an upgrading packet, and upgrades the data collection agent according to the configured upgrading packet. The technical solution greatly reduces repetitive operations during the process of upgrading the data collection agent, overcomes the problem of fussy and inefficient upgrading for the data collection agent, and decreases the error rate during the upgrading process, avoids the omission phenomenon, and improves the success rate of upgrading the data collection agent. |
