The present invention relates to a print and attachment processing apparatus for an eco-friendly PE resin protection film applied with an ink dot-type coating process (high-frequency thermal treatment) and to a manufacturing process by the same. When the protection film is manufactured by using a polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), or polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin, print adhesiveness is increased by performing a high-frequency thermal treatment (ink dot) type coating process on one side (a back side) or both sides of the film, and a coating composition used for the coating process is manufactured to satisfy an environmental standard. Therefore, the protection film is formed to obtain eco-friendliness; environmental pollution in a site for processing the protection film is minimized; and quality of the product is enhanced as manufacturing properties and workability are improved.
