FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydraulic engineering construction and may be used in construction of irrigation canals, namely, for mechanized creation of antifiltration coatings with use of polymer materials, also from production wastes. The device for mechanized creation of an antifiltration coating from polymer material includes frames 4 on a chassis 1, arranged on dams of a canal 3 opposite to each other, and bays 2 additionally installed on wheel chassis with antifiltration material and cutting element 7. Frames 4 are made as telescopic and are connected along the axis of the canal to produce a stiff truss. Movable clamps 5 are installed on frames to grip antifiltration material, as well as movable pressing rolls that freely move along trusses and are controlled from a control station arranged in the wheel chassis cabin. An automatic welding machine is installed in the centre of the frame.EFFECT: technical result of the invention is exclusion of water losses for filtration, mechanization of processes for arrangement of an antifiltration coating, increased quality of works, saving of labour resources, exclusion of manual labour as coatings are arranged on land reclamation canals.3 cl, 3 dwg |
