Rope one end is secured to the bucket while its opposite end is coupled with the hoisting winch. The bucket is coupled by pull rope with the pull winch. Means for bucket forced casting is arranged at the boom end and comprises the tackle secured at its end. The hoisting rope runs over the tackle at cantilever end. The cantilever is articulated with the boom to be turned thereat in vertical plane by the drive. The roller to fix the hoisting rope is secured at the cantilever tackle by attachment arranged perpendicular to the cantilever from the side facing the worked-out area.EFFECT: higher enhanced performances and reliability.2 dwg
