PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for splice connection of a shielded wire cable and a cable made by the same.SOLUTION: A method for splice connection of a shielded wire cable includes the steps of: providing a first, second, and third shielded wire cable each having at least a core conductor axially surrounded by at least a shield conductor which is axially surrounded by an insulative jacket; providing a flexible insulation layer, a flexible conductive layer, and a section of dual wall heat shrink tubing (step 410); wrapping a first portion of the flexible insulation layer around the joined first, second, and third core conductors (step 412); wrapping the flexible insulation layer around the first, second, and third shield conductors (step 422); and disposing portions of the flexible conductive layer and the first, second, and third insulative jackets within the section of dual wall heat shrink tubing member (step 428). Thus, splice connection of a shielded wire cable is formed. |
