PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic bottle capable of preventing intrusion of a liquid into a space formed between a pressure absorbing recess and a shrink label or a stretch label.SOLUTION: In a plastic bottle, an inward depressed recess is provided in a predetermined area of a side wall of a barrel part, and a shrink label or a stretch label is attached to at least the barrel part. An outward protruding protrusive rib is provided along at least a part of a peripheral edge of the recess. Preferably, the height of the rib is in the range of 0.5-1 mm, and the tip of the rib is formed as a curved surface. |
