PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cross flow fan capable of reducing noise, and an indoor machine of an air conditioner including the same.SOLUTION: A cross flow fan 2 includes: an impeller 3; a rear guider 4 provided so as to hold the impeller 3 therebetween and guiding air on the side of an air inlet 12 to the side of an air outlet 13; and a stabilizer 6. The rear guider 4 has one or more openings 51 that penetrate the rear guider 4 in the thickness direction thereof on a downstream side with respect to a closest part 41 closest to the impeller 3, and flow part of air flowing in a flow passage on the side of the air inlet 12 to the side of the impeller 3.
