PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid supply device which removes air bubbles in a filter chamber at a high speed without causing liquid discharge failure in a liquid discharge head, and to provide a liquid discharge device and a liquid supply method.SOLUTION: A filter chamber 3 is divided into a first filter chamber 3A and a second filter chamber 3B by a filter 4. A pump 6A circulates an ink between an ink tank 2 and the first filter chamber 3A through an ink tube 8A and a bypass passage 7. A valve 5 capable of regulating flow of the ink is provided in ink tubes 8B, 8C which allow the second filter chamber 3B to communicate with a recording head 1.
