PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a subdural sensor capable of simultaneously measuring blood dynamic, and at least one of brain surface temperature, cortex brain wave and intracranial pressure, and improving reliability of brain function diagnosis.SOLUTION: A subdural sensor 1 comprises: plural light emitting elements 3 arranged in one row on single substrate 2; plural light reception elements 4 disposed on an intermediate position of adjacent light emitting elements 3; cortex brain wave measuring elements disposed on an intermediate position of adjacent light emitting element 3 and light reception element 4, and having an electrode plate 5 serving as a reflector; and temperature measuring elements 6 respectively disposed in the vicinity of the electrode plates 5. |
