A mobile terminal and controlling method thereof are disclosed, by which various convenience functions can be provided in association with a device contacted with or proximate to a user's body to enable a human body communication. The present disclosure includes a human body communication unit, a touch screen, and a controller, if a 1st touch is inputted to the touchscreen and a 2nd touch is then inputted by maintaining the 1st touch, controlling a device information to be exchanged with a device worn by a user by a human body communication through the human body communication unit to enable the human body communication through a body of the user while at least one of the 1st touch and the 2nd touch is maintained, the controller controlling information of the device work by the user to be displayed on the touchscreen using the exchanged device information.

1. A mobile terminal comprising:
a human body communication unit configured to transfer signals to a wearable device using a human body as a transmission medium; a touchscreen; and a controller configured to control communication between a device worn by a user and the mobile terminal through the human body communication unit, wherein, when a first touch is sensed on the touchscreen and a second touch is sensed on the touchscreen while the first touch is maintained, device information is exchanged with the device while at least one of the first touch or the second touch is maintained, and information of the device is displayed on the touchscreen using the exchanged device information.
