Decreases in system performance due to encryption processing are prevented in this system in which information processing devices send and receive shared reference information encrypted or unencrypted. This copy management device (60) is provided with: an analysis unit (61) which analyzes the content of the jobs being performed in a distributed manner by first information processing devices which in some cases send and receive information unencrypted and by second information processing devices which must send and receive information encrypted; a aggregation unit (62) which collects, as the execution state aggregation result (620), the execution state of the jobs assigned to the information processing devices; and a determination unit (63) which, when reference information commonly referred to by said information processing devices is copied and stored by any of the first information processing devices from any of the first or second information processing devices storing said reference information, refers to the analysis result of the analysis unit (61) and the execution state collected result (620) and determines on the basis of determination criteria (630) whether or not to store the reference information encrypted. |
