The present invention relates to a positioning system which provides ambient geographic information along with an image of a wearer of an electric positioning device. The positioning system of the present invention comprises: an image recording terminal device (10) which receives GPS information from a portable positioning device of a wearer, and records an image by tracking the wearer; a terminal control device (20) which generates control data which tracks the wearer by using the GPS information of the image recording terminal device (10) and GPS information of the wearer transmitted from the image recording terminal device (10); and a geographic information management device (30) which provides the image of the wearer and geographic information transmitted from the image recording terminal device (10). The image recording terminal device (10) is controlled according to the control data to track the wearer.
