The present invention relates to a ventilating device to ventilate internal air and external air through total heat exchange. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a total heat exchanger with a bypass tunnel includes: a housing body including an internal air inlet and an external air outlet, placed on a side in parallel to each other, and including an external air inlet and an internal air outlet, placed on the other side in parallel to each other; a total heat exchanging device installed inside the housing body to exchange heat between air, taken in through the internal air inlet, and air, taken in through the external air inlet; a ventilation case in which a first intake and discharge space to take in the air from the internal air inlet and discharge the air to the internal air outlet and a second intake and discharge space to take in the air from the external air inlet and discharge the air to the external air outlet are layered; a ventilation unit including a double suction type fan, taking in and discharging the air in the first and second intake and discharge spaces at the same time, and a motor rotating the double suction fan; and a bypass tunnel connected to allow the air, taken in through the external air inlet, to be directly supplied to the second intake and discharge space without passing through the total heat exchanging device. Therefore, power consumption and manufacturing costs are minimized, and the sealability of the external air inlets are improved. |
