PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a defibrillation information processor and program capable of acquiring and processing time-series information of a defibrillation therapy in a series of therapeutic intervention synchronous with a standard therapy program to be used in an emergency and critical care medicine or the like.

SOLUTION: This defibrillation information processor 1 is mainly provided with an information presenting means 23 presenting therapeutic intervention presentation information 20 corresponding to the therapeutic intervention based on the standard therapy program where the procedures of the therapeutic interventions are standardized, a therapeutic intervention recording means 24 structuring and recording the therapeutic intervention in time series synchronous with the presented therapeutic intervention presentation information 20, a detecting means 32 detecting a starting timing of a defibrillator 9 removing the fibrillation of heart, and a defibrillation information recording means 33 structuring and recording the defibrillation information 8 related to the starting timing detected by the detecting means 32.
