PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera voyeurism detection device that can secure high camera voyeurism detection accuracy.SOLUTION: A camera voyeurism detection device according to the present invention comprises detection means, for example, a loop antenna 8 that is provided in an escalator constituting, for example, an inclined structure, is installed at a prescribed height position lower than a prescribed height position of a photographing device 7 upon normal photographing, and detects that camera voyeurism by the photographing device 7 is under way.
