PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitance sensor capable of avoiding erroneous detection of an object and helping to reduce manufacturing cost and improve yield and productivity.SOLUTION: A capacitance sensor comprises: a plurality of conductive sections (112a) whose capacitance changes when a target object approaches; insulating sections (112b) that insulate each of the plurality of conductive sections from others; a plurality of lead-out lines (114) that connect between the plurality of conductive sections and a detection circuit (13) for detecting capacitance change of the plurality of conductive sections; and a conductive shield section (112c) that is provided overlapping the lead-out lines to suppress change in capacitance of the lead-out lines due to an approaching target object, where the conductive sections, the insulating sections, and the shield section are all configured in a single functional film (112). |
