PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning liquid removal method capable of preventing a cleaning liquid separated from a conductor wire from scattering to its surrounding, thereby eliminating a factor of breaking of wire, and preventing equipment from being contaminated.SOLUTION: Provided is the cleaning liquid removal method for removing a cleaning liquid adhered to a conductor wire C, after a cleaning step of the conductor wire C, configured so that: the conductor wire C is travelled horizontally in a non-contact manner, in a linear shape tunnel 3 in a horizontal direction; air is fed in the tunnel 3, in an opposite direction Z of a conductor wire travel direction X; the cleaning liquid adhered to the conductor wire C is separated; the cleaning liquid is sucked with the air, from plural suction holes 4 formed on a lower face 3B of the tunnel 3 arranged in a row, for removing the cleaning liquid. |
