The present invention relates to an opening and closing device capable of being used for multiple purposes and, more particularly, to a multipurpose opening and closing device that comprises: a casing unit forming an opening; a manipulating unit that is raised and lowered inside the casing unit through manipulation by a user; an opening and closing unit operated in connection with the raising and lowering movement of the manipulating unit to open and close the opening; and a fixing unit that functions so that the manipulating unit does not disengage from the path thereof when being raised and lowered. By having a simplified structure for opening and closing the opening by linking the manipulating unit with the opening and closing unit, the multipurpose opening and closing device does not easily break down, repairs are made easy, and the inner space of the casing unit can be efficiently used. |
