Provided is a high-speed tensile tester an inertia force comprising: a lower part fixing part including a test piece fixing means installed to attach and fix the lower part of a test piece; and a high-speed tensile part including a hydraulic cylinder installed to vertically lift the lower part fixing part, and connected with the lower end part of the lower part fixing part. The high-speed tensile part further includes a speed reduction preventing means for maintaining the initial speed of the lower part fixing part applied for a tensile test to the point that the test piece is broken by an inertia force. Therefore, the initial speed applied for a tensile test can be maintained by an inertia force to the point that a test piece is broken, and a high-speed tensile tester can be minimized without increasing the size of a hydraulic unit including a hydraulic cylinder. |
