The present invention provides a transfer belt for a scribe apparatus, comprising: a transfer belt body which transfers a substrate; and a repetitive accommodating unit which is formed on the transfer belt body, and positions a whole lower surface of the substrate on the transfer belt body by accommodating a transfer unit which transfers through picking the substrate. In addition, the present invention provides a scribe apparatus having the transfer belt.
