The present invention relates to a deferred payment-target advertising system using facial recognition technology and an operational method thereof.The operational method includes: a step of charging an advertiser by an advertisement company on the come for the number of customers and the exposure number of the advertisement to the customers after the advertisement of an advertising target including products, goods, and services; and a step of extracting and transmitting an advertisement content suitable for the relevant customer class by mining data on the sex, age, and number of unspecified customers using a facial recognition technology as a determination method of an advertisement content to be exposed to the customers, and analyzing inputted image data on the sex, age, number, and facial contour of the customers to extract and transmit a suitable advertisement content using a representative measurement method or a multiple-party measurement method. Therefore, the present invention provides a deferred payment-target advertising system using a target type facial recognition technology and an operational method thereof to allow advertisement companies or companies providing a similar service to charge an advertiser on the come for the number of customers and the exposure number of the advertisement to the customers after the advertisement of an advertising target including products, goods, and services. |
