PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light guide body capable of radiating a large amount of light, and to provide a lighting device and an image reader.SOLUTION: A light guide body includes: multiple first fixing parts which are used to fix a first light guide part to a base member and are disposed so as to be arranged in a first direction in the first light guide part; multiple second fixing parts which are used to fix a second light guide part to the base member and are disposed so as to be arranged in the first direction in the second light guide part. The multiple first fixing parts and the multiple second fixing parts are alternately disposed in the first direction.
