PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bent piece which keeps normal openability and closability of the bent passage by securing smooth movement of a plug and suppresses a poor appearance of a finished tire.SOLUTION: A bent piece 1 is mounted on a bent passage of a tire vulcanization mold 100 and includes a cylinder 2 which is mounted on the side of one end 110a of the bent passage and has a through hole 21 extending in the axis direction and a plug 5 loaded in the through hole 21 so as to be movable in axis direction. The cylinder 2 has a first bearing surface 22. The plug g has a second bearing surface 53 opposing the first bearing surface, and the second bearing surface 53 is movable between a closing position at which the second bearing surface 53 comes in contact with the first bearing surface 22 to close the bent passage 110 and an opening position at which the second bearing surface 53 separates from the first bearing surface 22 to open the bent passage. In a part of at least one of the first bearing surface 22 and the second bearing surface 53, a film 25 or 54 for friction reduction is formed. |
