PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to discriminate from which of a manual fire notification device or an automatic fire notification device a notification signal sent from a fire notification device installed in a target facility when fire occurs is sent.SOLUTION: A distribution device comprises: storage means that stores data identifying target facilities and a distribution destination of an electronic mail for each target facility; reception means that receives notification signals from a fire notification device 2; notification source discrimination means that discriminates from which target facility of the target facilities stored in the storage means the notification signal is sent; notification signal analysis means that analyzes whether or not the notification signal received by the reception means is the notification signal sent from the fire notification device installed in the target facility; notification signal discrimination means that discriminates from which of a manual fire notification device or an automatic fire notification device the notification signal is notified; and distribution means that distributes a fire notification electronic mail to a distribution destination corresponding to the target facility identified by the notification source discrimination means.
