PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protective film that has an excellent balance between the low-fouling property and moldability while having a moderate adhesive strength.SOLUTION: A protective film 10 according to the present invention includes a substrate film 12, and an adhesive layer 14 formed on the substrate film 12; and the adhesive layer 14 comprises ethylene-unsaturated carboxylic acid-unsaturated carboxylic acid ester copolymer comprising a structural unit derived from unsaturated carboxylic acid by 3 to 20 wt.% and a structural unit derived from unsaturated carboxylic acid ester by 6 to 15 wt.%, and comprises substantially no anti-oxidant.
