Linear machine for tribo-finishing of lengthy components such as aluminum beams has end loading and unloading of automatic treatment chamber

The tribo-finishing machine has a treatment chamber (2) with shuttered ends (10, 11) for loading and unloading components such as aluminium beams (3) up to 12 m long. Once inside the chamber the components are deburred, washed and dried without manual intervention, using motors (8, 9) for the rotation and linear movement of abrasive charges (12), the control of washing nozzles and pulsed hot air for drying. Where necessary two or three machines can be coupled in a single line.
