The device has two filter units (2a, 2b) resting on the base of an agricultural trailer body via vertical support partitions (3), placed as an ear. The filter units form a false removable floor which separates the total volume of the trailer body into upper and lower compartments of unequal heights, where the lower compartment collects the grape juice by draining. A bailing valve (5) is fixed at the rear under the body to empty drained juice from the lower compartment.
