摘要 A filling level sensor (1) for detecting a filling level in a container, for example a tank, of a motor vehicle is described. The filling level sensor (1) has a base plate (3), a contact spring arrangement (5) and a spacer element (7). Contact tongues (15) of the contact spring arrangement (5) can be bent, with the aid of a magnet, towards a first electrically conductive contact surface (9) provided on the base plate (3) and can close an electrical contact with said contact surface. The spacer element (7) can suitably position the contact spring arrangement (5) and can effect an electrical connection between the contact spring arrangement (5) and a second electrically conductive contact surface (11) on the base plate (3). The filling level sensor (1) is characterized in that the spacer element (7) is formed with a metal material, in particular a ferromagnetic material, preferably a soft-magnetic material, and is preferably formed from structural steel, in particular. On account of the property of the magnetizability of such a spacer element (7), the latter can advantageously be handled with the aid of a magnetic tool, possibly together with the contact spring arrangement (5).
