The present invention relates to a hair permanent composition which does not damage hair and a method for applying the same. More particularly, the method for applying the hair permanent composition includes the steps of: applying an acid permanent composition, which includes a reducing agent comprising thioethanolamine or ammonium thioglycolate and has the pH of 4.5-6, to hair; additionally applying an alkali permanent composition to the hair to which the acid permanent composition has been applied; shampooing the hair to which the alkalescent permanent composition has been applied; applying a design to the shampooed hair; and applying a neutralizing agent to the hair to which the design has been applied. According to the present invention, the hair permanent composition, which does not damage hair due to the reducing agent, can be provided. In addition, various hair permanent designs, which can be applied to damaged hair, are possible. |
