FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: method involves conducting a computed bronchophonography and evaluating heart rate variability. That is followed by specifying confidence intervals (CI): total acoustic work of breathing, nJ within the range of confidence intervals of 3.26-13.75; a coefficient of a high-frequency acoustic work of breathing within the range of confidence intervals of 0.02-0.06; a standard deviation of RR intervals (SDNN), ms within the range of confidence intervals of 39.8-62.0; root mean square differences of successive RR intervals (RMSSD), ms within the range of confidence intervals of 33.6-57.6; a ratio between low and high frequency components (LF/HF) within the range of confidence intervals of 0.8-1.7. If the two computed bronchophonography parameters appear to have no difference from the confidence intervals, as well as the two or more heart rate variability parameters have no difference from the confidence intervals, a possibility of bronchial asthma is stated.EFFECT: simplifying and increasing accuracy of the prediction of bronchial asthma in infants by making the parameters of functional respiratory and neurovegetative health more objective and informative.2 tbl, 3 ex |
