PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reactor that is enhanced in reliability.SOLUTION: A reactor has a solid-state electrolyte having a first face and a second face, plural first electrodes disposed on the first face, plural second electrodes disposed on the second face, a first substrate having plural first concave portions on one principal surface thereof, and a second substrate having plural second concave portions on one principal surface thereof. The first substrate is disposed on the solid-state electrolyte so that each first concave portion confronts one of the first electrodes. The second substrate is disposed on the solid-state electrolyte so that each second concave portion confronts one of the second electrodes. Plural first chambers and plural second chambers are formed in the reactor. When viewed in a direction vertical to the one principal surface of the first substrate, at least one of the plural first chambers is disposed to be overlapped with two or more second chambers of the plural second chambers. |
