PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a secondary battery in which variation in the distance between mixture layers is suppressed while suppressing wrinkles, and the like, of a metal foil.SOLUTION: A secondary battery has a winding group of an electrode and a separator, the electrode has a mixture layer formed on an electrode foil so as to have a rectangular cross-section in the thickness direction, an electrode foil exposed part where the mixture layer is not arranged, and an insulating layer provided between the mixture layer and electrode foil exposed part adjacent to the mixture layer. The insulating layer has a density decreasing from the mixture layer toward the electrode foil exposed part. |
