PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus capable of inhibiting image failure due to decrease in transfer property or abnormal discharge of a photoreceptor having a larger diameter when drum-like photoreceptors having different outer diameters are used.SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus 100 includes first drum-like photoreceptors 1Y to 1C for forming a toner image, which have a first outer diameter, and a second drum-like photoreceptor 1K for forming a toner image, which has a second outer diameter larger than the first outer diameter. The image forming apparatus is configured in such a manner that: a second transfer roller 5K with respect to the second photoreceptor 1K is located downstream of first transfer rollers 5Y to 5C with respect to the first photoreceptors 1Y to 1C in a conveyance direction of an intermediate transfer belt 7; and a pressing force of the second transfer roller 5K to the second photoreceptor 5K is greater than a pressing force of the first transfer rollers 5Y to 5C to their respective first photoreceptors 1Y to 1C. |
