PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire harness with a fastener with a new structure that allows a clip member to be positioned at an arbitrary position which can be selected steplessly in a longitudinal direction of a holding member without causing increase in the number of components and complication of the structure thereof.SOLUTION: A wire harness 10 with a fastener comprises a fastener 14 used for fastening a wire harness 12 to a vehicle body 44. The fastener 14 is constituted by including a clip member 16, provided with a clip portion 20 to be inserted and fitted into a mounting hole 46 provided in the vehicle body 44, and a holding member 18 that extends in a longitudinal direction of the wire harness 12 and holds slidably the clip member 16; the holding member 18 is bound and fastened to the wire harness 12 with a binding tape 42; and the clip member 16 is positioned at an arbitrary place in a longitudinal direction of the holding member 18 with binding tapes 42 arranged on both sides in a sliding direction of the clip member 16. |
