providing, at a device, a first channel quality indicator (CQI) table comprising an element table of CQI values for QPSK, 16QAM, and 64QAM and a second CQI table comprising an element table of CQI values for at least 256QAM; sending, from the device to a network, a channel state information (CSI) report comprising an indication of whether the first CQI table or second CQI table should be used for feedback reporting for HOM transmissions. |
