METHOD FOR MAKING MOLTEN STEEL BY CONVERTER

Disclosed is a method to make molten steel by a converter. The present invention provides a method to increase relative liquid slag content of the slag in a dephosphorizing furnace. Accordingly, the method comprises: a step of injecting slag ball containing calcium oxide-based compound oxide into the dephosphorizing furnace; a step of charging molten steel into the dephosphorizing furnace; a step of dephophorizing the molten steel by blowing oxygen into the dephosphorizing furnace; and a step of tapping the molten steel.
