The present invention relates to an electromagnetic control valve (ECV) used for a variable displacement swash plate type compressor for a vehicle air conditioning system. The present invention provides a method to design a variable capacity type compressor electromagnetic control to design a variable capacity type compressor electromagnetic control valve for a vehicle air conditioning system based on a leakage analysis capable of performing a leakage test analysis inside a valve body from a discharge port (P_d) to a crankcase port (P_c) of a variable displacement swash plate type compressor electromagnetic control valve (ECV) for a vehicle air conditioning system; and designing an electromagnetic control valve based on the result. As such, the efficiency of a variable capacity type compressor is improved, and the overall performance such as ride comfort and fuel efficiency of a vehicle can be improved. |
