The present invention relates to an apparatus for mutually transmitting and remotely supporting medical image and information in real time, which allows medical image and information to be mutually transmitted in real time between an operator (person who performs actual medical practices) and a medical expert (person who remotely supports medical practices of the operator) in a medical system, to perform accurate and rapid medical practices. The apparatus comprises: an operator device which acquires and transmits a medical image obtained by capturing an operation target at the time of a medical operation of the operator, and displays an advice image and an advice voice transmitted by a medical expert located at a remote place on a device which the operator wears or a display device which the operator can confirm, in real time; a relay which transmits the medical image acquired from the operator device, to the medical expert terminal located at a remote place through a network, and relays the advice image and the advice voice transmitted from the medical expert terminal located at the remote place, to the operator device; and a medical expert terminal which displays an operation image transmitted from the relay through the network, on a screen, and transmits the advice image and the advice voice generated by an operation of the medical expert to the operator device through the network in real time.
