The present invention relates to an angle recognition type command input device, a lighting system, and a lighting control method thereof. The device can be attached to or detached from a terminal, recognize the direction and movement of a target in a non-contact manner, and control the indoor or outdoor lighting. The device includes: a body which is coupled to the port of a mobile information terminal, and is electrically connected to the information terminal; a light emitting device which is installed on the body, and emits detection light to the target to sense the height and angle of the target in the non-contact manner; a light reception device which is installed on the body and receives the light reflected on the target by the detection light; and a determining unit which outputs a command determination signal according to the sensing area of the target according to the signal sensed by the light reception device.
