The present invention relates to a urethane chute unit for an unloading chute which is configured to prevent damage, etc. by resolving a brittle structure of the device itself while easily transporting material of a certain shape such as a gypsum (desulfurized gypsum) sludge which is a moisture-added gypsum (desulfurized gypsum). According to the present invention, provided is the urethane chute unit for an unloading chute, comprising: a chute body (31) which has an inlet (32) with a certain diameter at the top, and an outlet (33) with relatively smaller diameter than the inlet (32) at the bottom, and is made of a urethane material in a cone shape to coaxially locate the inlet (32) and the outlet (33); a rim part (34) integrally made of a urethane material at the top of the chute body (31) to protrude in a ring shape; a reinforcing ring (35) which is insert-injected and is made of a metallic material to be mounted on the rim part (34); and a number of hangers (36) which are coupled to the reinforcing ring (35) with an interval to protrude from the outside of the rim part (34) and are made of a metallic material. |
