FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: device for coalescent mix separation comprises: the cylindrical housing (2) closed from two opposite ends one of which in the device with the working configuration is located above another one. One inlet hole (5) for separated mix is located on the named lateral surface of the named cylindrical housing (2). One outlet (6) for separation from the named mix of organic fluid phase with low specific density is located close to the end of lower part of the cylindrical housing. One outlet (7) for separation from the named mix of water fluid phase with higher specific density is located close to the end of higher part of the named cylindrical housing. A row of coalescent plates (8) is installed in the named cylindrical housing (2) where each coalescent plate (8) has the plate (9) for flow passing which is located at an angle with reference to the orthogonal plane to the longitudinal axis (A) of the named cylindrical housing (2) and which has the bottom edge (92) arranged by the front surface to the end of the named cylindrical housing (2) in the lower part and is interconnected by fluid medium with the distributive channel (11) for the separated mix which is located in the named cylindrical housing (2) and interconnected by fluid medium with the inlet hole (5), and the upper edge (93), arranged by the front surface to the end of the cylindrical housing (2) in a higher part and interconnected by fluid medium with the discharge channel (12) for fluid phase with higher specific density, which is located in the named cylindrical housing (2) and is interconnected by fluid medium with the named outlet (7) for the named fluid phase with higher specific density and where coalescent plates (8) are located in parallel one above another at a certain mutual distance, the pairs of the coalescent plates (8), located nearby to each other form the respective channel (10) for flow passing and mix separation.EFFECT: invention allows to separate solutions in efficient way into liquid and oil fluid phases.12 cl, 9 dwg |
