PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data migration method between servers capable of eliminating the stop time of a service.SOLUTION: In the data migration method of a data migration system, a migration source server 20 includes: a batch transfer step of performing the batch transfer of data stored in a storage to a migration destination server 30; a migration source storage step of storing data added after the batch transfer step and the history of the change processing of the data; and a difference transfer step of transferring the added data and the history of the change processing of the data to the migration destination server 30. The migration destination server 30 includes: a batch transfer reception step of receiving and storing the data subjected to batch transfer in the batch transfer step in a storage; a migration destination storage step of receiving and storing the added data transferred in the difference transfer step in the storage, and receiving and storing the history of the change processing of the data; and a difference reflection step of reflecting the history of the change processing of the received data on the data stored in the storage.
